1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BurgerPaper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. About BurgerPaper

BurgerPaper is operated by Axis App Studio. We provide AI-assisted writing tools designed to help users generate written content that matches their personal writing style.

3. Service Description

BurgerPaper is an AI-assisted paper and essay generation platform. Users upload writing samples to establish their personal writing style, and our AI generates papers, essays, and other written content designed to match that style. The Service includes:

• Writing sample analysis and style profile creation
• AI-generated paper and essay drafts based on your assignments
• Preview generation so you can evaluate output before purchasing
• Subscription-based access with tiered usage limits

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age.
• You provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials and accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account.
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not transfer your account to another person or use another person's account without permission.

5. User Responsibilities & Academic Integrity

You retain full ownership of all content you generate through the Service. However, you are solely responsible for how you use any AI-generated content.

Academic Integrity Disclaimer: BurgerPaper is designed as a writing assistance tool. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with your educational institution's academic integrity policies. Submitting AI-generated content as your own original work without proper attribution may violate your institution's honor code or academic integrity standards. BurgerPaper does not encourage, endorse, or facilitate academic dishonesty.

You agree to:

• Review, edit, and verify all AI-generated content before submission.
• Comply with your institution's policies regarding AI writing tools.
• Use the Service responsibly and ethically.

6. Subscription Plans & Pricing

BurgerPaper offers the following subscription plans:

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account.

7. Billing & Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Recurring Billing: Monthly plans (Regular and Signature) automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining time in your current billing cycle.
• Downgrades: When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's benefits until then.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused papers or remaining time in a billing cycle.
• One-off purchases are non-refundable once the paper has been generated.

9. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your writing samples and any content you generate through the Service. BurgerPaper does not claim any ownership of your content.

Our Service: The Service itself, including its software, design, and underlying AI models, is owned by Axis App Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written consent.

10. AI Disclaimer

All papers and content generated through BurgerPaper are produced by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, grammatical errors, or other issues.
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose.
• You should always review, edit, and verify AI-generated content before using it.
• The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate output.

11. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Please note that your writing samples and paper prompts are processed by third-party AI providers to generate content. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11a. Marketing Consent

During account registration, you may be presented with an option to opt in to receive occasional marketing communications from us, including updates about new features, promotional offers, and tips for using the Service. This opt-in is entirely voluntary — you are not required to consent to marketing communications in order to use BurgerPaper.

If you choose to opt in, you may withdraw your consent at any time by updating your email preferences in your account settings or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

We respect your communication preferences. Transactional emails (such as receipts, account alerts, and password resets) are essential for the Service and cannot be opted out of, but marketing emails are always optional.

12. Third-Party Services

BurgerPaper relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Stripe's Privacy Policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
• OpenAI-compatible API — AI processing for writing sample analysis and paper generation. Your writing samples and prompts are sent to this provider to generate content.
• Resend — Email delivery for transactional messages (welcome emails, receipts, alerts, etc.). Resend's Privacy Policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

13. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow third parties to access your account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

14. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

15. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Axis App Studio, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

16. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class-action lawsuits.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email to the address associated with your account prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
